Role Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Intern to support project and construction activities while gaining practical experience working on mission-critical data center projects.

• The intern will work alongside experienced project and construction professionals.
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, drawing review, scheduling, progress tracking, and other day-to-day project activities.
• This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a student or early-career candidate interested in developing a career in construction and project management.
• Prior professional construction experience is not required. Relevant coursework, previous internships, or limited construction exposure are considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; previous internship, construction, or project experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and construction drawings is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams and follow established processes.
• Comfortable learning new software, systems, and project management tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong interest in construction and project management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Assist project and construction teams with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support tracking of project schedules, progress, deliverables, and action items.
• Assist with reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Help maintain organized project records, reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with documenting follow-up items.
• Support coordination between project managers, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with basic estimating, quantity tracking, and project planning activities as needed.
• Support preparation of project updates and internal reports.
• Learn company project management processes, standards, and tools.
• Assist with other project-related tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
