[Hiring] Senior Construction Engineer @SOLV Energy

Role Description

The Senior Engineer, Construction – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a senior-level individual contributor within SOLV Energy’s Construction Engineering organization. This role provides advanced technical oversight, engineering judgment, and BESS subject matter expertise to support EPC project execution, commissioning, and warranty activities. The Senior Engineer, Construction – BESS functions as a technical authority for high-risk BESS scopes, EOR and vendor coordination, system integration, fire protection coordination, commissioning support, and complex site or warranty issues while maintaining an individual contributor track with mentorship responsibilities.

This role expands upon the Construction Engineer III level by owning higher-complexity BESS engineering coordination and review scopes, influencing standards and process development, and supporting portfolio-level continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
