Role Description

The Client Delivery Project Manager (PM) is a versatile, technically fluent, client-focused project management role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering work across the full client lifecycle. This includes:

• RFPs
• Contracting
• Implementations
• Platform transitions
• Production migrations
• Renewals
• Ad hoc client initiatives

As part of Aspira's PMO, Client Delivery Project Managers act as the operational backbone for client-facing work, partnering closely with various teams to bring clarity to complex efforts, reduce risk during periods of change, and continuously improve how Aspira delivers for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects such as RFPs, implementations, migrations, or transitions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and able to thrive in an evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and systems, and to take ownership without waiting for direction.
• Prior experience implementing or supporting SaaS platforms (implementation, onboarding, or platform migration work).
• Working knowledge of data migration concepts: environment tiers (DEV/QA/UAT/PROD), data validation and reconciliation, cutover, and rollback planning.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including sprint or release cycles, backlog and ticket management, and QA/testing phases.
• Comfort reading and translating technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Monday.com or an equivalent project management platform.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking engineering-owned work.
• Experience with Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar tools.

Benefits

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• 3-5 years of project management, program management, or client delivery experience (SaaS, GovTech, services, or large-scale change initiatives preferred).
• Exposure to system implementations or platform migrations requiring careful documentation and cross-team coordination.
• Experience supporting RFP responses, proposal writing, or account growth and upsell initiatives.
• Experience working within a PMO or standardized project governance structure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices; Scrum Master or related certification a plus.
