[Hiring] Client Partner / Project Manager @8020

Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager/Client Partner to join the team at 8020. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating seamless client experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing Webflow-based projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.

As a Project Manager/Client Partner, you’ll play a dual role—serving as the key point of contact for clients while coordinating with our internal team to align deliverables with expectations. You’ll work closely with clients to define project goals, establish timelines, and manage ongoing communications. Internally, you’ll facilitate team collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of all project phases.

What you’ll do

• Drive seamless project execution while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Oversee Webflow design and development projects from kickoff to launch.

Project Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
• Own the delivery of a project: On time and Budget.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with the project scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and status reports.
• Oversee QA processes for client deliverables to maintain high quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Be a problem solver for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed and 8020 standards are met.

Client Partnership:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
• Represent the client in internal meetings.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals.
• Anticipate client needs, proactively addressing challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and strategists.
• Lead the management of retainer clients by coordinating priorities.
• Guide the client through the project process.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Webflow’s Website Platform Experience.
• Experience on Webflow design and development projects.
• Understanding of the entire lifecycle of a website development project.
• Experience overseeing projects from content strategy to QA and Launch.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Experience managing internal and external teams.
• Experience creating project plans and documenting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Webflow and understanding of web design principles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar).
