Role Description

You will own SAP Private Cloud engagements for enterprise customers across Northeast Market Unit. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full lifecycle, from contract handover through to renewal.
• Leading adoption conversations and tracking contract compliance throughout.
• Ensuring customers achieve the business outcomes they contracted for.
• Safeguarding revenue by proactively identifying risks related to entitlement leakage.
• Stepping in first when a customer faces a serious challenge.
• Running governance sessions and reporting regularly to senior business stakeholders.
• Working with the account team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Driving renewal readiness and maintaining a clear view of customer satisfaction.
• Preventing churn by showing measurable results.
• Helping customers adopt the solutions faster to see the benefits of their investment.
• Taking accountability for C2C customers post-sale as a single engine orchestrator.
• Driving release version currency and ensuring customers transition to the latest release version.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years in SAP cloud operations, infrastructure, or customer delivery.
• Understanding of enterprise technology decision-making processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical realities into plain business language.
• Experience managing large contracts across international teams.
• Structured project management skills and governance management.
• Confidence in presenting to a CIO and working through technical details with engineers.
• Bachelor's degree required; project management certification is an advantage.
• SAP Basis/Technical knowledge and understanding of private cloud deployments and infrastructure.
• Solid de-escalation skills and composure in difficult situations.
• Thriving in a global, virtual organization with competing stakeholder demands.
