Role Description

We're looking for a Business Outcomes Delivery Lead to drive strategic change, combining strong delivery leadership, business analysis expertise, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. You'll lead high-performing teams, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change delivery across a range of methodologies.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Financial Services experience and understanding of business processes.
• Proven experience working closely with Technology and Infrastructure teams to deliver business and technical change.
• Ability to translate business requirements into infrastructure, platform, and operational delivery outcomes.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative, delivery-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead strategic change initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Manage and develop delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to plan and deliver technology-enabled change.
• Coordinate dependencies between business, delivery, and infrastructure workstreams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer-centric outcomes.
• Manage risks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
