Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex data center design projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Design Leads, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, helping organize project activities, monitor progress, coordinate communication, and ensure that tasks and deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a good understanding of engineering or construction design processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment. This position is primarily focused on project management assistance and design team coordination, and technical documentation control, rather than hands-on engineering design.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in project coordination, Assistant Project Management, technical project support, or a similar role, preferably within engineering, construction, architecture, or the AEC industry.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of basic project management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying potential project risks or delays.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management assistance, or engineering/construction project support.
• General understanding of engineering design stages and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM-based project environments and tools.
• Experience working with international teams or supporting projects for North American clients.
• Familiarity with data center design or large-scale industrial engineering projects.
