Role Description

Ehvert Mission Critical is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager on a long-term independent contractor basis. This role involves continuous resource allocation and workforce management across multiple mission-critical projects.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex data center design projects. In this role, you will:

• Work closely with Project Managers, Design Leads, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Help organize project activities, monitor progress, coordinate communication, and ensure that tasks and deliverables stay on track.
• Focus on project management assistance, design team coordination, and technical documentation control.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in project coordination, Assistant Project Management, technical project support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of basic project management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Approximately 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management assistance.
• General understanding of engineering design stages and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM-based project environments and tools.
• Experience working with international teams or supporting projects for North American clients.
• Familiarity with data center design or large-scale industrial engineering projects.
