Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Associates Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experience with project tools such as Asana, Lytho, or Monday.com
• Email marketing experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
• Basic HTML and CSS skills for email design and responsive development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Requirements

• Certifications in Salesforce
• CRM proficiency, including integration with email marketing tools
• Experience with email workflow management, including automation and audience segmentation
• Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance standards such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing technology stacks
• Basic design tool experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva
• ADA compliance awareness
