[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @DataDome

3wks ago - DataDome is hiring a remote Senior Product Manager. 💸 Salary: unspecified 📍Location: France

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for the capabilities that power the DataDome customer lifecycle, from first-time setup and configuration through daily operation, expansion, and renewal. This role connects the customer-facing platform experience with the shared technical foundations and internal workflows required to make DataDome easier to adopt, operate, and scale.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the next generation of the DataDome platform. You will help customers adopt and expand their use of DataDome, while building the shared capabilities, AI-enabled experiences, and internal tools that make the platform easier to use, scale, and operate.

Your mission

  • Lead the evolution of a seamless DataDome platform experience across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through operation and expansion.
  • Connect customer-facing experiences, shared technical foundations, and operational capabilities to make DataDome easier to adopt, administer, integrate, operate, and scale.

Customer experience and adoption

  • Set the vision and roadmap for DataDome’s shared platform and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Lead the evolution of the unified Dashboard and common components, creating an intuitive and consistent experience across products.
  • Shape the workspaces, onboarding, product-led growth, and cross-product workflows that accelerate adoption and time-to-value.
  • Unify how customers access insights, configure protection, and manage their organization across DataDome.
  • Use AI to improve onboarding, self-service, customer insights, configuration, and expansion opportunities.

Shared foundations for trust, integration, and scale

  • Define the product direction for shared platform capabilities, including identity, authentication, user management, SSO, and RBAC.
  • Shape APIs, integrations, data ingress and egress, and developer-facing capabilities, including MCP and agent access.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture on a secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient platform foundation.
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform leverage, resilience, and technical sustainability.

Commercial and operational scale

  • Own the product strategy for capabilities supporting customer provisioning, configuration, support, and operations.
  • Drive scalable workflows for entitlements, packaging, metering, billing, and account administration.
  • Use AI to automate internal workflows and help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Increase self-service and automation while reducing manual work, errors, and operational risk.

Strategy and outcomes

  • Turn customer, business, and technical needs into a focused, outcome-driven roadmap.
  • Make clear trade-offs across customer value, growth, platform leverage, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market teams around priorities and outcomes.

What success looks like

  • Customers onboard faster, configure protection more easily, realize value sooner, and expand their use of DataDome.
  • Shared capabilities increase consistency, reuse, and delivery speed across Product and Engineering.
  • Self-service and automation improve the reliability and efficiency of provisioning, entitlements, metering, and billing.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, data products, or operational systems.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply on systems, architecture, identity, security, data, and APIs.
  • Business judgment that balances customer value, growth, cost, risk, and long-term platform investment.
  • A track record of setting strategy, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping products with measurable impact.
  • High agency, sound judgment, and comfort leading through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to align senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • A highly collaborative, low-ego approach and professional fluency in English.

Bonus points

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS administration and data-intensive Dashboard experiences.
  • Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, or enterprise administration.
  • Experience with developer platforms, APIs, integrations, data infrastructure, or AI-agent ecosystems.
  • Experience with provisioning, entitlements, usage metering, billing, or product-led growth.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or another high-scale, trust-sensitive environment.

Benefits

  • Flex Life: This role is open to fully remote candidates based anywhere in France. You may also work from our Paris office or choose a hybrid setup. A €500 stipend will help you create your ideal workspace.
  • Generous Health Benefits: Access to our healthcare partner in France.
  • Professional Development: Learning, training, and development support through your manager.
  • Events & Team Building: Company offsites, team events, workshops, parties, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Parent Care: Gifts and care packages for growing families.
  • PTO: Country-based paid time off, including 25 days in France.

What are the next steps?

  • First conversation with our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Interview with the Chief Product Officer.
  • Product case and discussion with key Product and Engineering partners.
  • Final leadership conversation.
