[Hiring] Senior Product Marketing Manager @One Click LCA

Role Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for product marketing deliverables, focusing on strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support. This role ensures alignment across teams to ensure cohesive narratives, strategies, and consistent market positioning.

What you will do:

• Talk regularly with users and buyers, understand their needs, criteria, and how they choose and buy products
• Prioritise specific subsegments for each product offering launched
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyers
• Understand the buyer’s best alternatives, the cost of doing nothing and competitive or substituting solutions
• Plan product and version upgrade launches and manage their implementation
• Support our sales channels: train them in the problems we solve for our buyers and users, and the detailed business case for our customers
• Deliver improvements in sales win rates for the targeted products and achieve new product launch adoption and sales targets
• Contribute to the marketing plans for the products in conjunction with our commercial teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing experience (or closely related) in a software or other relevant business
• Strong ability to work with engineering-driven, complex products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly define positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Business acumen to judge whether an approach or positioning is plausible, and what potential impact it could have on a metric
• Ability to leverage AI effectively across your workflow for collective productivity
• Strong collaboration skills to get results with all internal stakeholders
• Market research skills, including competitive analysis and customer insights
• Familiarity with sustainability in the construction or manufacturing industries and understanding of key concepts like LCA and EPD is an advantage
• Get-things-done attitude and hands-on approach
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, as it is our working language
