[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Verve

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our Identity Graph / Enrichment & Audience Enhancement products. You will lead an already established Identity & Audience team to grow Verve's presence in the AdTech space through the innovative execution of key strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will participate in the development of the product strategy and product roadmaps, leading product initiatives end-to-end from ideation to launch and go-to-market. They will inform product requirements, collaborate with engineering on implementation, take products to market through extensive A/B testing & experimentation, and be responsible for commercial success.

What You Will Do

• Grow our Identity Graph / Enrichment & Audience Enhancement products' impact based on the data-driven insights that shape your roadmap.
• Ensure the product increments we build are aligned with the overall strategy and product vision.
• Own and lead product development end-to-end from discovery to launch to iteration.
• Come up with hypotheses, run experiments, and holdout tests to quantify the incremental value of identity and audience features.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, data, and product teams.
• Keep building the knowledge of the market landscape, including the needs of publishers, advertisers, and DSPs.
• Handle communication with internal/external stakeholders & partners.
• Understand and map out cross-product dependencies with the other business units.
• Set and monitor product KPIs to make sure the initiatives are driving product & business success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management roles, at least 2+ years of product management experience in the AdTech industry.
• Problem solver - You can capture business problems, come up with solutions, and write good product requirement documents to keep everyone aligned on the scope.
• Technically skilled - You have a good understanding of databases, data structures, and how software systems can be integrated and exchange data with each other.
• Self-starter & self-motivator - you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done; you take full ownership of product initiatives.
• Collaborator & communicator - you can gather tech and business stakeholders across functions & levels around you to work towards a common goal, speaking their language.
• Achiever - You focus on outcomes & prefer to have something done rather than have it perfect; you value an iterative process.
• Data-driven - you value the power of data and can perform data analysis to make decisions / assess results based on metrics.
