[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @ProScore Technologies

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our AI-powered workforce compliance SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your focus will be on delivering innovative solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore’s business goals and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
• Market & User Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
• AI & Compliance Expertise: Leverage your understanding of AI technologies and compliance requirements to drive innovation and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by customer feedback and that the product delivers exceptional value.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product progress, milestones, and future plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful SaaS products. Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Deep understanding of workforce compliance regulations, including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), DOL guidelines, and other relevant frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that solve real problems and create value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
