[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Juro

Role Description

Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it.

• Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks.
• Get close to the problem rapidly. Talk to customers and prospects yourself.
• Take on AI review, which spans your team and our Agentic team.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design, and GTM to create an enjoyable user experience.
• Measure outcomes and iterate or pivot when necessary.
• Success looks like customers telling us unprompted that contracting in Juro got a lot more delightful.

Qualifications

• You've landed in a domain you knew nothing about and were making judgment calls within weeks.
• You've owned something complex and multi-quarter from discovery through launch and iteration.
• You've worked closely with GTM and engineering through launches.
• You understand why evals matter and how agentic loops work.
• You run your own discovery through customer and prospect calls.
• You've brought ideas unprompted and built them without waiting for permission.
• Bonus: You've owned the quality of an agentic system in production.
• Bonus: Legal tech or contracting experience.

Requirements

• You need to be proactive and able to dig into how a system behaves.
• You should not require someone to teach you the domain before being useful.
• You should be comfortable with a changing product organization.
• You should prefer talking to customers over running processes.
• This role is hands-on; management of PMs is not the focus.

Benefits

• Choice-first work approach allowing for remote work from Day One.
• Salary benchmarked at £90,000 + equity at IC4 level.
• Flexible start date.
• Inclusive perks and benefits designed with diversity in mind.
