Senior Product Manager at PatientPoint Network Solutions, LLC dba PatientPoint in Cincinnati, OH seeks Senior Product Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Work with business and user needs and Software Development execution to ensure products serve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering leadership to develop internal products that drive organizational efficiencies through increased business process automation and validation.
- Work with Technical Teams and Software Architects to specify technical requirements of software solutions architecture.
- Define technical and business requirements to bring projects to completion.
- Collaborate with core product development to support operational aspects of bringing new products to market.
- Gather requirements, specify, and support software development teams.
- Document success criteria, technical and detailed functional requirements for projects.
- Define standards of value assessment for technical projects aligned to business goals.
- Evaluate and prioritize interdependent initiatives, define and socialize proposed product implementation plans, and execute them.
- Advocate for the value of technical projects to non-technical audiences.
- Create and update customer-facing internal support and training materials.
- Manage communication and deployment integration with interdependent teams adjacent to the Software Engineering organization.
- Create cadence and process to measure success criteria after a feature, capability, or product is launched.
Travel: 10% domestic travel required. 100% telecommuting from home allowed from anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related software product management role.
Requirements
- Experience with designing solutions, writing stories for services, and implementing software products built using event-driven architectures.
- Experience writing, reviewing, and executing SQL queries.
- Experience with S3, RDS, and Kafka cloud platforms.
- Experience with databases, executing queries, and designing stories for DB access.
- Experience working with API building, accessing, testing, and writing features, stories, and requirements for building APIs.
- Experience with N-Tier Architecture.
- Experience working with software engineers to create, review, and present System designs for software or products delivered as part of the SDLC.
- Experience analyzing raw data and reporting conclusions into clear formats for all process owners/management teams.
- 4 years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
- 3 years of experience working in agile environments, including participating in and running SCRUM ceremonies.
