[Hiring] Senior Product Analyst - Project Manager @SGA

Role Description

Senior Product Analyst/Project Manager will help shape and execute pricing programs that drive profit and growth goals. You'll own rollouts for assigned states, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations. With a focus on project management, you'll simplify complex concepts and analyze data to support strategic decisions. • Own and execute the end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto pricing programs for assigned states.
• Gather and document product requirements, communicate them clearly to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, offering recommendations that inform state decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate-complexity projects.
• Conduct analyses to support business decisions, including research on competitor offerings and filings.
• Educate IT and business partners on the business plan and the impact of changes.
• Manage project timelines independently, flag risks, build contingency plans, and escalate blockers as appropriate.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in job shadow discussions with less experienced analysts and provide user support and training to business groups.

Requirements

• P&C insurance experience, ideally with regulatory exposure, state filings, and pricing.
• Demonstrated impact, with measurable results (KPIs) shown on your resume.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
