Role Description

The Senior Director, Product Strategy & Management is responsible for the strategy, development, management, performance, and growth of Evernorth's affordability, value-based, and utilization management solution portfolio.

• Oversee a portfolio of market-leading solutions focused on specialty affordability, value-based programs, utilization management innovation, automation, and clinical cost management.
• Accountable for end-to-end product ownership, including:
  • Strategic planning
  • Roadmap development
  • Solution performance
  • Pricing strategy
  • Commercialization support
  • Operational governance
  • Vendor management
  • Ongoing product evolution
• Translate business opportunities and market needs into scalable solutions that improve affordability, predictability, and health outcomes while driving product growth and enterprise value.
• Collaborate extensively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Underwriting, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Clinical, and Finance organizations to ensure solutions deliver measurable value to clients, members, and the business.
• Manage a team of product managers and business professionals responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling innovative affordability and value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, managed care, healthcare technology, consulting, product management, business strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading product strategy, product management, commercialization, business operations, or large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, affordability solutions, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare benefit design.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable business growth and client value.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial, analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, MPH, MHA, MS, or other advanced degree preferred.
