[Hiring] Senior Director of Product Management @Invoca

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence & Analytics at Invoca. You'll lead 4 scrum teams and 4 direct reports, each owning one of: Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization. You'll report to the EVP of Product and sit on the R&D Senior Leadership Team, representing this portfolio in company-level strategy conversations.

The single most important thing this role owns is proving value. Invoca captures an enormous amount of conversational and behavioral data on behalf of our customers. Your job is to make sure that data doesn't just sit in a warehouse — it gets turned into structured, trustworthy insight, delivered through the product, where customers can point to it and say "this made me money" or "this made my team better." You'll do this by bringing a strong, AI-fluent point of view on how unstructured data becomes structured insight, and by building and coaching a team of product leaders who can execute against it.

This is a build-and-lead role, not a build-alone one. We need someone who can go deep enough technically to have real opinions about Databricks-powered data pipelines and MCP-driven integrations, and who can also run a team of PMs, set a north star, and hold a high bar for what "shipped value" looks like.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS, with 4+ years managing other product managers or product leaders
• Direct experience owning products or features that use AI/ML to turn unstructured data (calls, SMS, transcripts, agent notes) into structured, actionable insight
• Experience owning a customer-facing analytics or BI product; direct experience with an embedded analytics platform is a strong plus
• Comfortable partnering with data engineering on modern data platforms; experience with Databricks or a similar data lakehouse (e.g., Snowflake) is helpful
• Proven track record managing a team of product managers/leaders across multiple scrum teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Able to build and tell a clear, quantified value story to customers and executives
• Comfortable operating as a peer to other senior leaders on an R&D Sr. Leadership Team

• Set product strategy and roadmap across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization as one connected portfolio
• Define and own how Invoca turns unstructured data (calls, SMS, agent interactions) into structured, AI-generated insight
• Partner with Data Engineering on our Databricks-based data platform
• Own the customer value narrative for this portfolio
• Manage, coach, and grow 4 product leaders
• Build and run a healthy agile operating cadence across 4 scrum teams
• Represent Invoca's data and insights story externally with customers and prospects
• Build a clear, evolving point of view on which AI/ML approaches are right for turning conversational and interaction data into structured insight
• Ensure the AI-driven insights this portfolio produces are trustworthy and explainable
