Role Description

This role involves championing the direction of our IIoT and Edge offering from the inside out.

  • Be the keeper of context for edge/IIoT use cases inside the product org
  • Bridge field feedback and engineering decisions with clarity and precision
  • Help design smart, practical features that work where others break
  • Validate usability and fit before and after product releases
  • Partner with Sales, FAE, and Support to spot patterns, surface pain points, and set priorities

Qualifications

  • Flexible working hours to collaborate with local and global teams
  • Experience in edge computing and IIoT or industrial automation
  • Experience using or debugging Docker & Kubernetes in messy, imperfect environments
  • Clear communicator who translates chaos into clarity
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and thrives in cross-functional settings
