For more information, visit amplify.com. Amplify seeks a NetSuite Finance Product Owner to partner with our Accounting and FP&A teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the ERP Finance (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Assets, etc.) & FP&A product lifecycle, defining the product vision and strategy and driving product roadmap initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with Amplify leadership, product/operational partners, business systems, and the development and integration teams to manage, improve, and drive efficiencies in Finance and Accounting business processes. Responsibilities: Partner with the Accounting and FP&A teams to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for ERP finance functions, including order management, general ledger, financial controls, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, indirect procurement, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and other related financial transactions. Collaborate with systems and finance leadership in articulating a product roadmap, deploying new features, improvements, and bug fixes based on business feedback, priorities, and enterprise goals. Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite systems design and standard processes. Collaborate with business analysts to detail business requirements and convert these requirements into Agile epics and stories. Work closely with development and system administration teams to develop process and technical solutions, while ensuring product features are delivered on time and meeting high-quality standards with appropriate documentation and controls. Measure and analyze product performance and organizational feedback to identify areas for process improvement and to inform future product development plans. Work with project teams to build and manage product documentation, organizational change management needs, training plans, and other supporting materials. Understand company strategy and ensure our technology stack aligns with current and long-term goals. Closely partner with the ERP Operations Product Owner to manage and guide Amplify’s ERP platform. Plan, facilitate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all initial implementations, future improvements, and system upgrades. Monitor and Identify integration issues within NetSuite and other financial applications and across systems that may impact either financial or operational transactions, including but not limited to requirements or already deployed solutions. Collaborate with other Business Systems Product Owners (e.g., Sales and Service, Marketing, etc.) to identify potential changes to upstream or downstream processes that impact financial transactions, statements, and reporting. Basic Requirements 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in NeSuite or a similar tier-1 enterprise ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, etc.). Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (5+ years). Experience with at least one full SaaS-based ERP implementation. Experience developing, testing (full testing cycle), and deploying customizations, custom objects, system configurations, and new functionality based on evolving business needs and solving problems at integration points (e.g., Salesforce, Concur, Workday, data warehouses, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear and concise product requirements and user stories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and prioritization. Min 3- 4 years of experience working in an agile development environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple business initiatives simultaneously. Strong project management experience (Agile or Waterfall) and an ability to accurately identify tasks and estimate work. Bachelor’s Degree in information technologies, finance, accounting, or a related field. Preferred Requirements: Previous experience with associated financial applications [Concur, Avalara, Blackline (or other related closing software applications), budgeting software]. A solid understanding of billing, A/P, A/R, the general ledger, revenue recognition (physical and digital products and subscriptions), planning, audit, and reporting. Familiarity with process areas including procure to pay, Order to cash, record to report, inventory management, etc. Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience. Experience implementing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions such as Pigment, Workday’s Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, etc. Experience working with large datasets with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or related tools. The gross salary range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
