[Hiring] Product Operations Manager @BigPanda

Role Description

BigPanda's product organization is building a next-generation, agentic model for software delivery. This role owns the process day to day.

• Work directly with product managers and GTM teams to run every major launch.
• Keep the full release stream accurate and on process.
• Build systems and workflows in Linear, DevRev, and AI tooling to enhance the roadmap.

What you will do:

• Launch and release execution:
  • Run tier 1 launches end to end, owning readiness from early access through general availability.
  • Keep the full release stream on process, ensuring accuracy and proper handoffs.
  • Own the launch calendar as the single source of truth for shipping timelines.
  • Program-manage large go-to-market motions, including SKO and Customer Advisory Board preparation.
  • Help define and track Product delivery KPIs, presenting them in relevant forums.
  • Collaborate with Business Operation teams to drive cross-organizational programs.
• Tooling and automation:
  • Administer Linear and DevRev for the product organization.
  • Build workflows that connect systems and design automations.
  • Drive toward speed and efficiency by automating repeated manual steps.
  • Ensure data integrity for reliable reporting from tools.

• Tier 1 launches land on date with every readiness requirement met.
• Every release is visible in one place, with leadership able to see status without asking.
• Linear and DevRev are trusted systems of record for product delivery.
• Manual coordination decreases as workflows move into automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, technical program management, or launch management at a SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience shipping automation that replaced a manual process.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their capabilities.
• Experience administering Linear, Jira, or a comparable system of record.
• Ability to run cross-functional reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
