Role Description
As a Product Operations Manager at Spare, you will:
- Implement and reinforce product development best practices to ensure alignment and streamline product delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive adoption and ensure the success of new products and services.
- Optimize the product development lifecycle to improve speed, efficiency, and the integration of customer feedback.
- Scale product initiatives to meet the needs of a growing customer base while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
About this role✨
- Strengthen the feedback loop between internal and external stakeholders.
- Enable a culture of continuous improvement within the Product and Engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between product teams and other departments within Spare to ensure alignment and facilitate product-related initiatives.
- Clear bottlenecks to execution of product roadmaps and release schedules.
- Select, implement, and maintain the tools and software that product teams use for tracking progress, managing roadmaps, and communicating releases (currently Mixpanel, Jira, Linear, Intercom, and Notion).
- Define, track, and communicate product performance metrics. Conduct analysis to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of SaaS Product experience, either in a Product Management or Operations Role.
- A creative mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure product and team success.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to innovate and take ownership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiasm to coordinate, and host team events, along with an openness to travel to hackathons, off-sites and customer sites.
- Ability to travel to the United States as needed to support project initiatives.
- An ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Requirements
- It will be considered an asset (nice-to-have) if you have a passion for public transit and its potential.
- Software development background or capability.
