[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @LastPass

Role Description

LastPass is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will own positioning, messaging, and field enablement, helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected. As a staff-level Product Marketing Manager, you will also shape go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio.

Who will you work with?

• Work closely with Product Management to shape positioning and launch strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure the field is equipped to win.
• Partner with Brand and Creative to bring campaigns to life.
• Work with Business Operations to track performance and inform marketing investment priorities.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Define and own the positioning and messaging framework for LastPass products.
• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Brand and Creative to produce compelling content.
• Conduct customer and market research to surface insights.
• Use data-driven insights to refine product marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS or technology products.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
• Strong analytical background, with experience using data and market research to inform positioning decisions.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Brand.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Background in cybersecurity, identity, or access management is a plus.
• Experience with competitive intelligence platforms or win/loss analysis programs.
