Role Description
MVPRockets is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity & strong product management background. You'll partner with our head of Products to create fantastic products. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of MVPRockets & the startup ecosystem at large.
- Work with the leadership & manage the entire product roadmap - vision & implementation
- Use data to understand user behaviour, hypothesize and come up with solutions
- Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities
- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners
- Influence the execution without authority
- Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time
- Stay abreast about the market and competitions
- Act like an owner for the success of your product.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in product management
- A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
- Prior tech/development experience a huge plus
- MBA or prior startup experience preferred
- Have strong presentation skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the agile development framework and strong delivery capabilities
- Prior experience working with distributed teams a huge plus
