Role Description
As Product Operations Manager - Portfolio, you play a critical role in how we plan, manage and communicate our R&D investments to maximize customer and business outcomes.
- Design and implement cutting-edge tools and frameworks for effective planning and decision-making.
- Create and refine systems to manage our product development portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Optimize resource allocation across diverse projects to maximize returns and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align portfolio management systems with their needs.
- Leverage advanced analytics and technology to monitor portfolio performance against key metrics.
- Provide insightful reports and updates to senior management that influence strategic directions.
- Establish and enhance governance processes and frameworks for portfolio management practices.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years related experience in Portfolio Management, Analytics, Project Management, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Business Systems Admin, Finance)
- Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, analyzing workflows, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and identify opportunities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Experience using Aha! Roadmaps and Pendo, Software Experience Management System.
