Role Description

This role involves expanding our research participant panel and driving user activation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client research demands and identify gaps in our audience pool.
Analyze market trends and client data to understand in-demand profiles and audiences.
Identify and test new audience-specific channels, designing and optimizing campaigns for conversion.
Design and optimize the onboarding and sign-up flow to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience acquisition and onboarding success rates.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or user acquisition within community products, market research, or similar sectors.
Strong quantitative skills with experience in data analysis, market segmentation, and A/B testing.
Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies and innovative audience acquisition techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams.
Passion for understanding user motivations and behaviors to design intuitive and impactful experiences.
Sense of humor, a must!
