• Oversees the entire lifecycle of products during project implementations, from requirements through project go live.
• Acts as a trusted partner to various business units, including Implementation practice, Operations, Clinical, Account/Client Management, Customer Service, and Technical teams.
• Drives initiatives from inception to execution, prioritizing key activities that significantly impact bottom-line performance.
• Does not have any direct reports.

Your role in our mission:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units.
• Ensure effective communication at all levels and foster open dialogue with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.
• Create, maintain, and oversee the product base configuration for claims processing system.
• Develop and provide oversight in the “demo” environment to ensure operations readiness.
• Provide oversight to multiple implementations and ensure continuity between projects.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop customer relationships.
• Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups, contributing meaningful input into implementations, product roadmaps, and strategy.
• Prioritize work to ensure development efforts focus on delivering impactful outcomes for business owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams to ensure solutions address business problems.
• Work with implementation stakeholders and provide approval of environment readiness for each release into implementation environments.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers in available product offerings.
• Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning across the organization.
• Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve the configuration and supportability of products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile Environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong skill in converting complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
