[Hiring] Outbound Product Manager @PointClickCare

Role Description

The Outbound Product Manager owns go-to-market execution and adoption success for assigned products and initiatives. This role defines positioning, supports launch strategy, enables sales and customer-facing teams, and gathers voice-of-customer insights to strengthen product-market fit. The Outbound PM ensures cross-functional readiness and monitors adoption performance post-launch. Success is measured by launch effectiveness, adoption growth, and field enablement impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product.
• Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation.
• Ensure cross-functional GTM readiness across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
• Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and performance metrics; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements.
• Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field (Technology, Business, etc).
• Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
• Healthcare or post-acute industry experience.
• Experience supporting beta programs and structured customer validation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue performance; proactively identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability.
• Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements.
• Influence roadmap discussions through data-driven market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution.
