Role Description
We’re looking for ambitious new and recent grads that are eager to launch their career at a fast growing, globally remote unicorn. The New Graduate Product Leadership Program is designed as an early career opportunity for individuals looking to skip a few rungs on the corporate ladder and progress more quickly than what is traditionally offered.
- Embed within our operations team to surface product issues and deliver solutions to customers.
- Address specific named customer problems while also solving issues for other unnamed customers.
- Continue improving the experience for customers with operational freedom.
- Report to a member of our Product Team.
- High performers will have opportunities in Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Operations Leadership.
- Expect quick promotions based on high quality work.
Qualifications
- High level of natural curiosity and ownership.
- Desire to make customers happy by solving problems.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to customers and understanding their problems.
- Strong writing skills and comfort with scrutiny on clarity and content.
- Ability to actively seek out problems for customers.
- Comfortable working with data and math.
- Desire for intellectual challenges and solving novel problems quickly.
