Role Description
Clipboard Health is a labor marketplace that is composed of many local labor marketplaces. We’re hiring people to act as an owner over some of these localized labor marketplaces.
As the owner of a localized market, success is defined by growth. This requires a deep understanding of customers, which can only be created through repeat customer interactions. We’re a remote company, but we expect you to be on the ground with customers frequently enough to live and breathe the market they’re covering.
- Customer interactions will reveal the actions we need to take to grow the market.
- You are expected to discover the actions and carry them out to yield growth in your market.
- You have to be comfortable without a manual to succeed in this role.
- You’ll have to choose what to prioritize and deliver outcomes.
- You need to be right often - excuses won’t work.
- Judgment, hustle, business acumen, and curiosity are all required in spades.
This is a great role for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur in the future.
Qualifications
- None necessary! We hire “general athletes” who embody the traits we think are necessary to succeed in the role.
- We are currently only hiring candidates located in the top 50 MSAs for this role given that we expect in person customer interactions.
Requirements
- You’ll sit within our Strategy and Operations organization and report into Wyatt Amaral, our Head of Strategy and Operations.
- This role is not directly related to product development.
- You are responsible for winning markets with our current tools.
Benefits
- Compensation will be made up of base, variable bonus, and equity.
- Base compensation for this role will range from $60-120k.
- Target variable compensation will range from 30% - 50% of base compensation.
- Equity will also be offered.
