Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, strategy, technology, AI, automation, or professional services.
• Substantial career experience as a Partner, Senior Partner, or Managing Director at a leading management consulting firm; senior transformation or strategy executive; or senior enterprise SaaS/technology executive with significant consultative selling experience.
• Proven track record engaging directly with CEOs and C-suite executives and originating, shaping, and selling complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong combination of consulting or transformation expertise and commercial responsibility, including significant consultative selling experience.
• Proven ability to create demand, identify strategic opportunities, and translate complex business challenges into commercially viable solutions.
• Experience managing significant enterprise client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders throughout complex engagements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operating effectively across multiple functions and business units.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior AI, technology, and transformation leaders on strategic client opportunities.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in transformation, consulting, operating-model design, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in operating-model design and transformation, workforce strategy and planning, organization design, and role design.
• Experience with work decomposition and task analysis, with knowledge of shared services, global business services, and functional transformation.
• Expertise in productivity and performance improvement, including understanding how AI and automation reshape roles, processes, and organizational structures.
• Expertise in business-process analysis, redesign, optimization, and transformation, including identifying opportunities for automation and intelligent work.
• Strong understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear transformation priorities.
• Ability to facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, including their impact on the economics of work.
• Ability to explain AI and automation to senior executives without technical jargon and distinguish meaningful transformation opportunities from technology-led experimentation.
• Ability to connect AI opportunities with business value, productivity, and organizational outcomes, working with the Chief AI Officer to translate emerging capabilities into practical transformation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of organizational change and transformation adoption, with experience guiding significant changes to roles, processes, structures, and ways of working.
• Understanding of the human, cultural, and leadership dimensions of workforce transformation, including the ability to anticipate organizational barriers and incorporate them into transformation strategies.
• Ability to engage CEOs, ask sophisticated questions, and rapidly identify underlying business, organizational, and operational challenges.
• Ability to synthesize insights across strategy, people, processes, and technology and formulate clear transformation hypotheses.
• Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills, including senior executive workshops, persuasive presentations, and compelling business cases.
• Ability to move confidently between strategic advisory and commercial execution, collaborating with the Chief AI Officer to integrate AI into the broader transformation narrative.
• Ability to engage credibly across CEOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs, and CFOs on enterprise strategy, operating models, workforce transformation, technology implications, and financial impact.
