[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Zepz

Role Description

To support Zepz growth strategy and drive maximum impact, we are looking for support to drive forward key FinCrime product management strategy and deliveries in the AML/PEP Sanction domain. This will involve:

• Applying a cohesive approach to solve different groups of customer needs.
• Ensuring a compliant set-up and best-in-class customer experience across the platform in a scalable and streamlined manner.

The successful applicant will likely also have previous experience in core AML functions such as customer risk rating and transaction monitoring, both in implementation, ongoing calibration, best practices, and management. The role is heavily data-driven and requires someone very analytical to drive the strategy.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sr Product Manager in the digital FinCrime space.
• Strong knowledge in the Finance/FinTech and FinCrime space; experience in stable coin and AI is desirable.
• Creative thinker, problem-solver, strong communicator across various levels of stakeholders.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with models, ideally with experience in customer risk rating and transaction monitoring.
• Hands-on, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are a natural self-starter.
• Strong relationships with development team, good agile practices, and effective collaboration with product design.
• Natural leader who leads initiatives from ideas to delivery.
• Good understanding of relevant technology and its application to business.
• Strong experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven track record of being a great communicator with different stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about Agile / Lean software delivery methodologies and practices.
• Experience in gathering functional and nonfunctional requirements, writing user stories, and mapping out processes.
• Team player with a commercial mindset to drive tech work for highest business impact.
• Good technical and business understanding based on previous experience in financial services/compliance.
• Strong understanding of current regulations and best practices in compliance.

Requirements

• Manage the integration work with technology partners (workflows, APIs, error scenarios, and management) from ideation to delivery on production and beyond.
