[Hiring] Head of Product & Solution Marketing @Lightning AI

Role Description

We are looking for a Global leader of Product & Solutions Marketing to build and scale how we take our products to market and curate the customer AI journey on Lightning. This strategic leadership role will lead the product marketing function from narrative and positioning to launches, sales activation, customer storytelling, market insights, and competitive intelligence. This is a marketing leadership role reporting to the CMO. While we prefer local candidates to our SF or NYC office, we are open to remote US candidates for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategic narrative and positioning.
• Define key solutions and use cases by customer segment, industry, or persona.
• Be the subject matter expert by developing a deep product and technical fluency.
• Be the customer champion and build a deep understanding of their pain points.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches.
• Develop and deliver content and tools to activate sales and customer-facing teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership with Product Management, Engineering, Revenue Teams, and within Marketing.
• Represent Lightning AI at key industry events, webinars, briefings, and partner functions.
• Establish experimentation and AI-native automation as core operating principles.
• Hire, coach, and scale a team of high performing and curious product marketers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Technical Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Strong technical grounding and deep familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with executional excellence.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for creating market-defining stories.
• Proven history of planning and launching multi-product portfolios.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Marketing leaders.
• A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs.
• Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Hands-on leader who is comfortable building from scratch.
