[Hiring] Head of Content Performance @Lingokids

Role Description

Our Studios create the games and content kids love. This role decides what that content has to achieve, and makes sure it does.

• You're the data-driven counterpart to our creative leadership.
• Own the content portfolio.
• Decide which games and content to greenlight, extend, double down on, or retire based on their contribution to paid subscriber retention.
• Set success criteria for new content.
• Define targets for new games before launch and during reviews: early engagement, repeat play, retention of engaged users.
• Own content's contribution to paid retention; it's your team's primary KPI.
• Lead release and live-ops.
• Own the weekly release cadence and content calendar.
• Keep experiments running with a steady pipeline of tests on launch, packaging, and surfacing.
• Shape how the app presents content.
• Work with Product and Design on in-app surfaces, discovery, and features.
• Tell the content performance story to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience owning game or content performance as an accountable PM, GM, or live-ops lead in a games business.
• Ability to make greenlight, scale, and kill calls based on data.
• Fluent in retention curves, cohorts, engagement, session metrics, and renewal.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Amplitude, or equivalent tools.
• Experience running a release cadence, content calendar, or live-events pipeline.
• Commercial mindset, respecting creative work while pushing for targets.
• Experience leading a small team and building a function from a partial starting point.
• Fluency in English is essential for communication.
