This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and empowering the XP Radiography and Fluoroscopy (RF) Product Management team.
• Overseeing portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, installed base management, and business performance.
• Adapting global product messaging to address U.S. market and customer segment needs.
• Supporting the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Sales Operations in assessing the strategic position of XPRF in the marketplace.
• Collaborating with global factory resources to ensure products are developed with the USA customer in mind.
• Partnering with US XP Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Solutions Implementation, and Global Business Units to accelerate market adoption, customer engagement, and commercial success.
• Creating and executing U.S. business growth plans, including marketing programs, pricing strategies, operational initiatives, and customer relationship management.
• Understanding customer buying criteria, trends by customer segment, and assessing the associated business implications for XP RF Business line.
• Leading the XP RF Product management team to foster sales enablement and training programs for Account Executives and Product Sales Executives.
• Establishing and managing key performance indicators, budgets, and resources while building a high-performing team focused on accountability, innovation, leadership development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading product portfolios, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives within the medical imaging or healthcare technology industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with experience leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with global business units to align regional market needs with product strategy, roadmap development, and commercial execution.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively apply emerging healthcare technologies, software platforms, and hardware solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare or Equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, marketing, commercial operations, or healthcare technology.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with demonstrated financial and business acumen.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to support customer engagements, industry events, and occasional international business requirements - up to 25%.
