Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive execution across Helium 10’s product portfolio and to lead the product managers who deliver it. This role runs the discovery and delivery of our innovation agenda beyond the Amazon marketplace seller — into direct-to-consumer and multi-channel commerce, Walmart and TikTok, and AI-native experiences.

• Responsible for turning agreed priorities into a sequenced, resourced roadmap.
• Ensure the team ships on time and at quality.
• Run our new-product pipeline: validating, building, and launching new revenue lines and audiences.
• Conduct structured discovery with sellers and brands, prototyping and testing quickly.
• Define success metrics before building and retire ideas that don’t earn their place.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities — AI agents, autonomous workflows, and adjacent channels.
• Work with go-to-market teams to land products with customers.
• Lead the discovery, requirements, and delivery of features for DTC-first brands.
• Partner closely with product marketing, growth marketing, and sales.
• Run weekly operating cadences, review specs and requirements, and unblock the team daily.
• Maintain direct contact with customers through discovery interviews and advisory sessions.
• Deep familiarity with marketplace e-commerce, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and SaaS product-led growth environments is strongly preferred.
• Reports to the VP of Product Strategy & Ops and manages the product management function globally.
• Comfort leading and developing a team across time zones and cultures is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• 10+ years in product management, including at least 3 years directly managing product managers in a SaaS, e-commerce, or data platform company.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience: launched net-new products or business lines.
• Proven track record of delivering a multi-team roadmap on time and at quality.
• Deep knowledge of the e-commerce landscape across both marketplace and direct-to-consumer models.
• Working fluency with AI- and ML-enabled products.
• Strong customer discovery craft: comfortable running interviews and focus groups.
• Experience managing distributed product teams and influencing engineering and design organizations.
• Analytical rigor with tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or SQL.
• Exceptional operational execution and attention to detail.

• Partner with engineering, design, data, and QA to ensure roadmap commitments ship on time.
• Work with product marketing, growth, and sales on positioning, pricing, and launch readiness.
• Define success metrics for every initiative and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
• Manage the day-to-day work of the product management team across the U.S. and China.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing product management team.

• Annual base salary range: $190,000-220,000 USD, with additional annual bonus compensation.
