[Hiring] Director of Product Management @CertifyOS

Role Description

We are hiring a Director of Product Management to be accountable for Certify’s Applications portfolio: the customer-facing product suite built on top of our core platform, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. This portfolio represents the majority of company revenue today and is central to how customers experience the value of Certify. This role is therefore both highly strategic and highly execution-oriented.

• Shape the direction of our core applications business.
• Improve the quality and pace of product execution across the portfolio.
• Identify where new product investments can unlock future growth.
• Lead our Applied AI investments and define how Certify uses AI to improve customer workflows.
• Enhance existing operational flows such as credentialing.
• Explore a broader agent-first approach to product and go-to-market over time.

This is an ideal role for a product leader who wants meaningful business responsibility, close partnership with engineering and operations, and the opportunity to help define how modern AI changes the way complex enterprise software is built and delivered.

• Constantly curious, experimental, and learn voraciously from people around you.
• Exceptional product thinker, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience in growth stage start-ups and larger scale companies.
• Health tech experience, particularly fluency in provider data and Credentialing is a plus.
• 10+ years of Product Management and 5+ years of leading product teams or founder experience.

Requirements

• Lead trade-offs in investment that lead to accelerating revenue and delighted, profitable customers.
• Be accountable for product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Certify’s Applications portfolio.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Develop next generation of application offerings in partnership with sales and business development.
• Ensure that Certify is well prepared for agent-first go-to-market approaches.
• Raise the organization’s fluency and execution in an AI-first world.
• Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain.
• Create leverage through clarity, judgment, prioritization, and strong operating cadence.
• Coach PMs to operate effectively in both structured roadmap work and ambiguous 0→1 problem spaces.
• Help build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards.
