Role Description

You will conceive the strategy and lead a team responsible for bringing it to life for one of our highest priority marketplace businesses, DashPass. You will partner with a large cross-functional team that drives customer acquisition, increases member value, grows profitability and more. You will be responsible for creating best-in-class experiences for our customers. You will be expected to apply your deep expertise and keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices, benchmarks, and the latest approaches to bring true innovation.

• Lead & Collaborate - Manage and develop a team of all-stars, and work cross-functionally with teams across DoorDash to build, launch, and scale new opportunities.
• Build - Incubate new offerings, working on something that hasn't been done before, by building products and launching plans from the ground up.
• Experiment - Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything from new support experience to retention-driving programs.
• Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions and iterate given insights.
• Influence - Communicate strategy, benefits, and results to all audiences, including the DoorDash management team.

• Proven ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces; prioritization and pragmatism.
• Demonstrated experience in building the team necessary to fulfill the strategy. Proactively involved in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Customer experience orientation.
• 10+ years of relevant management experience, ideally within a Marketplace or Subscription-focused business and/or founder experience.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked, and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $197,200 — $290,000 USD.
