[Hiring] Director, Operational Excellence & AI Transformation @Corpay

Role Description

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director, Operational Excellence & AI Transformation, within our Corpay Payables organization. As the Director, Operational Excellence & AI Transformation, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that simplify operations, improve customer experience, accelerate business growth, and unlock the value of automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Combine deep operational excellence expertise with a passion for digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, AI-enabled process optimization, and organizational change.
• Thrive in ambiguity, influence across organizational boundaries, and deliver sustainable improvements that drive revenue, reduce costs, improve speed to market, and elevate performance.
• Report to the Sr. Director, Operational Excellence and collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, or intelligent automation to improve operational performance, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar) and the ability to identify and implement AI use cases within business operations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes including cost reduction, revenue acceleration, productivity improvements, or customer experience enhancements.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience building business cases supported by financial analysis and operational metrics.

• Preferred experience:
  • Process mining
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Workflow automation platforms
  • Salesforce ecosystem
  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Master's degree (MBA or related field)
• Experience in Financial Services, Payments, SaaS, or FinTech
• Knowledge of Operational Readiness methodologies
• Experience with customer experience transformation initiatives
