Role Description

The Field Operations Director will manage and supervise the activities of the Field team. Lead the overall execution effectiveness of the field team including:

• Driving Sell Out
• Visit compliance
• Training compliance
• Cost control
• Metrics reporting

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with remote representatives and management/corporate support teams.
• Act as the liaison and maintain positive relationships between Regional Managers, managers, representatives, corporate/client teams, clients, and retailers overseeing day-to-day activities with deliverables, promotions, and other processes and assignments.
• Evaluate, recommend, customize, and implement all operational "best practices" that support, promote, and enhance business direction and desired outcomes.
• Meet regularly with the Client Services team and management to ensure excellent customer service and ensure that client/contract expectations are being met.
• Collaborate with management and corporate partners on representative and client program success in all qualitative and quantitative measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations required.
• Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
