Role Description

Lone Pine Associates Inc is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist for a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, adaptable individual who demonstrates humility, integrity, and possesses a strong team focus.

The Regional Operations Specialist acts as a vital liaison between:

• Regional Management
• Site Managers
• Compliance
• Accounting
• Maintenance
• Human Resources
• Other corporate departments

This role assists with:

• Portfolio tracking
• Accounts receivable
• Occupancy
• Tenant recertifications
• Property inspections
• Vendor coordination
• Administrative functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of multifamily property management, affordable housing, compliance, administrative, accounting, or related experience.
• Affordable multifamily housing experience strongly preferred with working knowledge of LIHTC, Rural Development, HOME, HUD Section 8, and other regulated housing programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, KissFlow, TenantTech, or similar property management and workflow systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, assignments, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review reports and identify missing, overdue, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Ability to maintain confidential resident, employee, financial, and business information.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to travel between assigned properties as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while recognizing when supervisory or departmental review is required.

• Fair Housing certification.
• HCMR/HOME certification.
• HCCP/LIHTC certification.
• CPO/HUD-Section 8 certification.
• Rural Development certification.
• Landlord-Tenant Law training.
• Funding-specific training applicable to assigned properties.
