Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Specialist based in the United States. In this business operations, process optimization, and administrative support role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day systems that keep our company running. You will identify bottlenecks, build streamlined workflows, manage cross-departmental documentation, and support internal logistics to ensure our team operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily business operations, administrative workflows, and internal reporting systems.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions using modern productivity and automation tools.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal databases, and CRM records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Customer Experience, and Product teams to execute internal initiatives and track team deliverables.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships, software subscriptions, account permissions, and remote team logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related operational role.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with digital collaboration and data management tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, CRM platforms, Airtable/Excel).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-directed approach to improving organizational efficiency.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.
