Role Description

This is a remote position. Boms Recruit is advertising for Recruitment Rebellion Limited supporting THINQVISER.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in financial planning, wealth management or an IFA business? Do you enjoy improving processes, developing people and making things happen?

Working closely with the business owner, you'll have the autonomy to improve how the business operates, lead the team and turn ideas into action.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a remote team, driving performance and accountability.
• Improving operational processes, systems and workflows.
• Managing projects and turning business plans into practical results.
• Identifying opportunities to use technology, AI and automation.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, performance and business reporting.
• Taking ownership of challenges, finding solutions and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Operations management experience within financial planning, wealth management or an IFA business.
• Understanding of the day-to-day demands of a busy financial services firm.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail combined with a wider view of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing people, processes and operational performance.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and project management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions.
• An interest in technology, systems improvement and automation.
• The ability to work independently, challenge ideas constructively and get things done.
• Exceptional candidates from other sectors with substantial operational leadership experience and strong transferable skills will also be considered.
