[Hiring] Operations Manager @Virtual Colleague Philippines

Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support the team, and help improve overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking initiative, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing ideas to help the business grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks, projects, and workflows run smoothly.
• Support team members, monitor progress, and help address operational challenges.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions and process improvements.
• Coordinate projects, priorities, and deadlines using ClickUp and other SaaS tools.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, documentation, and workflows.
• Use Close CRM to support operational processes and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with the business owner on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Apply digital marketing knowledge to support campaigns, team coordination, and business objectives.
• Communicate proactively, exercise sound judgment, and follow through on commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and online business operations.
• Experience with ClickUp, Close CRM, and other SaaS platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable sharing ideas and constructive feedback.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

• Approximately 30 hours per week.
• Must align with Australian Melbourne time.
• $8 – $10 USD per hour; 250-350 per hr.
