Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate teams effectively in a remote work environment.

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure workflows are efficient and productive.
• Develop, implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
• Coordinate activities across departments to support business goals and operational priorities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports and communicate operational results to management.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships, operational resources and relevant service agreements.
• Lead cross-functional projects, monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support employee onboarding, training coordination and internal administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate operational performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between management and team members to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Use digital tools and project management platforms to coordinate remote operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience in operations management, business administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, coordinate teams, and improve business processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.
• Experience tracking KPIs, analysing operational data and preparing management reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise competing deadlines and work independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, accountability and operational excellence.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable home office for remote work.
• Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
