Role Description

We are Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency. We are hiring one person who is good at deciding. Our AI image service is our fastest-growing service, and whichever area you own, you will be helping it grow.

• You will own one named area, decided during the trial based on your strengths.
• Possible areas include:
  • The hiring machine: Managing the hiring process from sourcing to scheduling.
  • Client delivery operations: Planning, briefing, and shipping work for clients.
• You will notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked.
• This is not an assistant or coordinator job; you will make real calls daily.
• You will be judged on the quality of your decisions rather than quantity.
• We are building a team of people who decide well without being managed.

Qualifications

• You make decisions and own them, including those that go wrong.
• You can distinguish which calls are yours and which are not.
• You take feedback as information and adapt without compromising your beliefs.
• You improve quickly; we prefer someone at seventy percent climbing than someone flat at eighty-five.
• You identify when something is failing and communicate it, including process issues.
• You write clearly and honestly, especially about problems.

Requirements

• No specific years of experience required; we assess during the trial.
• You must have held a full-time job in the last 12 months.
• We verify employment history: employer, dates, title, and paid status.
• Misrepresentation of history is disqualifying; honesty is essential.
• Reliable internet: at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up.
• Strong written English.
• Based in the Philippines.
• You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
