Role Description

The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Logistics Manager to coordinate and support the logistical operations of the council. This remote position plays an important role in planning and executing council meetings, conferences, special events, community service initiatives, and other organizational activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for council meetings, conferences, workshops, community programs, and special events.
• Maintain calendars, develop event timelines, track deadlines, and coordinate meeting arrangements.
• Communicate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and service providers regarding event needs and arrangements.
• Maintain digital records, shared documents, event schedules, and logistical planning materials.
• Distribute event information, coordinate participation, and communicate logistical updates to designated representatives.
• Assist with event budget preparation, monitor approved expenses, and maintain supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, event planning, project coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
