Role Description

The Leader, Warehouse Systems Support oversees the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems and processes across the organization. This role serves as a liaison between warehouse operations and IT, ensuring technology, automation, and processes are optimized to support productivity, accuracy, and scalability.

The leader will manage new system implementations, drive operational excellence, and provide strategic direction for warehouse performance and system utilization. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational standards and support business objectives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. It also includes responsibility for the design and development of business processes within TireHub’s warehouse management systems.

This position reports to the Director, Warehousing and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing WMS or similar systems.
• Experience leading remote teams with a proven track record.
• Experience with implementation of Koerber WMS, preferred.
• Experience with KPI management.
• Experience with process improvement and an understanding of Lean methodologies.
• Experience working within a multi-site or distributed operations environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and executing SQL queries using SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, listen and communicate effectively to diverse groups.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support teams within a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders and peers to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and implement creative operational and customer service solutions.
• Proven project management, process improvement or operational excellence capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• A valid REAL I.D. or valid REAL I.D. Driver’s license.
