Role Description

Join our team! Support and oversee business operations across one or more program areas. Manage reporting, process improvements, documentation, compliance, and cost tracking while ensuring accurate transactions and efficient workflows.

• Responsible for overseeing business operations support in individual or multiple program area(s).
• Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Development and execution of management processes.
  • Training and education on standard requirements and methods.
  • Creating models to improve business decisions.
  • Personnel functions, labor and/or cost reporting.
  • Document editing and process quality control.
  • Pricing, tracking, and management of documentation and/or automated processes.
• As appropriate, may develop or assist in the development and maintenance of business reporting and management tools/processes.
• May supervise regular or temporary staff.
• Responsible for supervising business process transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• May oversee and/or assist, as appropriate, in areas such as:
  • Business finance
  • Planning
  • Scheduling
  • Contractual compliance
  • Cost management
  • Proposal support

Qualifications

• High School diploma + 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent Qualifications:

Requirements

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
