Role Description

SourceOne Supply, a trusted name in facility maintenance supplies, is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our diverse clientele.

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to support long-term business planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business operations or facility supply management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing operational metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain logistics is a plus.
